    So I know what it’s like when “just follow the SOP” shuts your brain down. And I’ve built my business to support brains like mine… and yours.

    But I am exceptional at going deep. Pattern-matching. Diagnosing the real root—beneath the noise.

  • I’m more articulate in Voxer and email than in rapid-fire Zoom chats. It’s not antisocial—it’s intentional.

    • Quick Qs → Voxer

    • Bigger things → Email

    • Strategy convos → Zoom (with agendas, always)

    • Voxer: 24–48 hrs

    • Email: 48–72 hrs

    • Urgent? Flag it—but urgency here is rare, not rewarded.

    Deep work means I protect focus—for your benefit, not just mine.

    • Clear agenda (sent ahead)

    • One main topic per session

    • Defined start + end time (no Zoom fatigue)

    • Summary + action steps after (so you’re not left guessing)

    This helps both our brains stay regulated—and the work stay useful.

  • ✅ “I’m stuck on this part of the roadmap—can we unpack it?”

    ✅ “Quick Q: what do I do if X happens with the system doc?”

    ❌ “Quick question!” followed by a 700-word data dump.

sensory + scheduling stuff

    • Camera optional, always

    • Quiet is golden

    • Fidget toys, blankets, movement? Yes, please

    • Good audio > good lighting

    • No back-to-backs

    • Tues–Thurs is my sweet spot

    • CST, standard-ish hours

    • Workshop calls = fixed group times

    • 1:1s = book 48+ hrs ahead

    • Need to reschedule? Totally fine with 24+ hrs notice
